I went to the premiere on Tuesday and it was the coolest thing ever. First, the movie is AMAZING and Chris Evans is a superstar. Second, there were so many damn people there it was insane. I have been to movie premieres in New York before and they were nothing like this. I mean, they closed down Hollywood Boulevard. I would've taken photos to show you, but the invite said to leave phones in the car. But here's a photo of me in my cool Captain America 3D glasses:

Michael Jackson Doctor Can't Afford Lawyer For Appeal
Conrad Murray asks judge for a court-appointed attorney to appeal his involuntary manslaughter conviction.

<P>Just weeks after being sent to jail for <a href="/news/articles/1675062/conrad-murray-sentence.jhtml">four years</a> following a conviction on a felony involuntary manslaughter charge in the death of <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/jackson_michael/artist.jhtml" target="_blank">Michael Jackson</a>, cardiologist Conrad Murray is throwing himself on the mercy of the court. </P><P> </P><P>The doctor had been slated to earn up to $150,000 a month to act as Jackson's personal physician before the pop icon's death in June 2009 from an overdose of the Murray-administered surgical anesthetic propofol. But on Tuesday <a href="http://www.eonline.com/news/conrad_murray_in_shackles_asks/280479" target="_blank"><I>E! News</I></a> reported that Murray filed a <a href="/news/articles/1675343/conrad-murray-conviction-appeal.jhtml">notice of appeal</a> in Los Angeles Superior Court in which he claimed that he is "indigent and respectfully requests the appointment of counsel on appeal." </P><P> </P><P>Murray, 58, is planning to appeal both his conviction and his sentence, but has not yet filed papers with the California Appeals Court. He had hired two lawyers to handle his manslaughter case, but is now seeking attorneys with appeal experience. One of those former lawyers, J. Michael Flanagan, told E! that he was shocked at how his client is being treated in jail. </P><P> </P><P>"It is crazy and unbelievable how [the sheriffs] are treating" Murray in jail, said Flanagan, who claimed he waited over an hour to see Murray, who was brought out in handcuffs and leg chains. Flanagan was further shocked to see Murray handcuffed to the table for their meeting, something the lawyer said he'd never seen before in the case of a low-level, non-violent offender. </P><P> </P><P>Charles Peckham, who is handling civil cases against Murray, told the <a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/national/doctor-convicted-in-michael-jacksons-death-seeking-court-paid-attorney-for-appeal/2011/12/13/gIQAHIYGsO_story.html" target="_blank"><I>Associated Press</I></a> that his client is under tight security and isolation that is more intense than other inmates at the Los Angeles Men's Central Jail. </P><P> </P><P>"Treating him like Hannibal Lecter is offensive," said Peckham. "This man who saved lives made a mistake, and they're going to [make] him pay like a mass-murderer." Sheriff's officials defended the tight security, saying it was for Murray's safety.</p>

Mary J. Blige Dishes On Her 'Crazy' Led Zeppelin Covers

"I am a Led Zeppelin fan. I'm not going to say I've been to their concerts, but I've listened to their music since I was a child, and it's always moved me, especially 'Stairway to Heaven,' and 'Whole Lotta Love' is just fun." </P><P> </P><P>Blige also said she recorded another new song — a "club record" called "I Can't Wait" — for the re-release. And while it's only slated to hit shelves outside the U.S., she hopes her fans will get a chance to hear all the new songs pretty soon. </P><P> </P><P>"I want y'all to hear it," she laughed.</p>

Interpol Announce New Album And Tour
Interpol fans who worried about the band’s hiatus and the exit of bassist Carlos D can now breathe a sigh of relief—the hand has announced their fifth studio album, along with a summer tour.
The band will release the album El Pintor on September 9th via Matador records, and features members of Bon Iver, Beck’s touring outfit, and The Secret Machines. Check out their list of tour dates, via The AV Club, below:

"Yeah, I do. Well, you know, I'm being superfluous. I don't want to have one kid. Creed Singer Scott Stapp: I’m Under Attack
He’s made some pretty big blunders in his day and now Scott Stapp has released a video in which he claims he’s being targeted by some industry bigwigs.
The “Higher” singer begins by dispelling some rumors of death and drug abuse before revealing that he’s audited his own finances and those of his record label only to discover that someone has been robbing him of millions.
Stapp declares, “I’m as sober as can be. Once the rumors starting coming out, I began getting blood and urine tests once a week just in case someone called me on the carpet on it, I could prove it.”
“Over the course of that audit, a lot of things were uncovered. A lot of money was stolen from me or royalties not paid and that’s when all hell began to break loose. This is a vicious attack because some people that we know and at the record company and outside of that have stolen quite a bit of money, and money can make people do many bad things and when they’re afraid of getting caught or exposed they can be ruthless in how they want to protect themselves for the crimes they’ve committed.”
Furthermore, “All of a sudden the IRS has frozen my bank accounts two or three times to leave me completely penniless. I don’t even understand that and why this is all happening at the same time. When I called to find out why they said, ‘Oh, we had an address mix up. It was a clerical error. So we’ll return your funds in nine to ten months.’ I don’t understand how that’s fair in America.”
As a result, “I’m gonna take it public. And I’m gonna expose and I’m gonna fight every single individual that is responsible for this. Right now, I’m looking for an honest, good attorney that’s ready to fight and ready to take it all the way to the top.”

Janice Dickinson Claims Bill Cosby Raped Her, Details Alleged Sexual Assault (Video)
Janice Dickinson is alleging that Bill Cosby raped her in 1982. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, broadcast on television, the supermodel described the alleged sexual assault and also revealed why she is joining Cosby’s other alleged victims in speaking out.
The 59-year-old supermodel and reality TV star spoke exclusively with ET in an interview with co-anchor Kevin Hart. She described what happened back in 1982 with the now 77-year-old Bill Cosby, as allegations dating back many decades from 13 women have made headlines after Hannibal Buress’ accusatory standup comedy routine in which he flatly called the comedy legend a “rapist” and the video went viral.
Janice Dickinson described the circumstances of her meeting with Cosby at Lake Tahoe where he was performing. He had summoned her to be there so that they could discuss a job he had offered her, as well as her future career.
She explained what happened when she had dinner with Cosby and, alleged in graphic detail what happened.
As the video below reveals, she said he had given her a glass of red wine as well as a pill which she says caused her to black out. She said, “The next morning I woke up, and I wasn’t wearing my pajamas, and I remember before I passed out that I had been sexually assaulted by this man. Before I woke up in the morning, the last thing I remember was Bill Cosby in a patchwork robe, dropping his robe and getting on top of me. And I remember a lot of pain. The next morning I remember waking up with my pajamas off and there was semen in between my legs.”
She also explained that she had made the attempt to write about the experience in her autobiography No Lifeguard on Duty: The Accidental Life of the World’s First Supermodel, published in 2002. She said that Cosby’s lawyers pressured her publisher, HarperCollins, to omit the details.
As for why she decided to speak out now, Dickinson told ET, “I’m doing this because it’s the right thing to do, and it happened to me, and this is the true story. I believe all the other women.”
She also spoke about the emotional impact of decades of silence. For her, it has been more than 30 years since the alleged incident. She said of herself, “Stuffing feelings of rape and my unresolved issued with this incident has drove me into a life of trying to hurt myself because I didn’t have counsel and I was afraid. I was afraid of the consequences. I was afraid of being labeled a whore or a slut and trying to sleep my way to the top of a career that never took place.”
In speaking out and describing the alleged scenario in details, Janice Dickinson joins two other accusers. First there was Barbara Bowman, who gave an interview to The Daily Mail and claimed that Cosby had raped her when she was a 17-year-old aspiring actress. She later penned an op-ed which was published in the Washington Post. A second woman came forward, Joan Tarshis, who gave an interview to CNN and alleged she had been sexually assaulted twice by Bill Cosby in 1969. At the time, she was a writer who had worked with Cosby.

Justin Bieber's 'Boyfriend' Teaser Goes Hard
The 13-second preview of Mike Posner-produced track shows off an edgier side of Bieber.

Well, <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/bieber_justin/artist.jhtml">Justin Bieber</a> feels your pain and decided to release a teaser for the lead single off his <a href="/news/articles/1680373/justin-bieber-believe-album.jhtml">album, <i>Believe.</i></a> </P><P> </P><P>The 13-second, blink-and-you-might-miss-it tease is spare in terms of instruments, just bleeps and thumps, no singing or rapping. But it does play up Bieber's love for hip-hop; as it nears the end of the tease, a drum line-style beat kicks in. Come Monday, of course, the whole song will drop for Beliebers' listening pleasure. </P><P> </P><P><center><embed src="http://media.mtvnservices.com/mgid:uma:video:mtv.com:744691/cp~id%3D1680192%26vid%3D744688%26uri%3Dmgid%3Auma%3Avideo%3Amtv.com%3A744688" width="460" height="260" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowFullScreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" base="."></embed></center> </P><P> </P><P>The video teaser also includes footage of Bieber in the studio, recording "Boyfriend," which was co-written and co-produced by Mike Posner. "Definitely edgier, it's more grown-up, it's more developed and it's sexier. It's just like really dope. It's gonna definitely surprise people. People aren't really expecting that. They're going to like it." </P><P> </P><P>It's clear from the teaser that <a href="/news/articles/1681595/justin-bieber-boyfriend.jhtml">Bieber is using</a> influences from urban music and that he's looking to grow up sonically. The music in the new clip also seems to pay homage to Justin Timberlake, and even Chris Brown. Bieber has confirmed that he raps on the song. </P><P> </P><P>"It's more just the verses [that he's rapping on], and the rest he's singing," Levy told MTV News. "It's dope. That's the line that <a href="/music/artist/bieber_justin/artist.jhtml">Justin Bieber</a> is using to woo his love interest in his single, <a href="/news/articles/1680882/justin-bieber-boyfriend-single-buzz.jhtml">"Boyfriend."</a> The <i>Believe</i> song drops Monday, but he gave his fans an early treat when he released the lyrics on his <a href="http://justinbiebermusic.com/boyfriend/" target="_blank">website</a> on Wednesday (March 21). </P><P> </P><P>The song, produced by Mike Posner, appears to be all about trying to convince a girl that he should be her boyfriend. Justin Bieber's 'Boyfriend' Teaser Goes Hard
The 13-second preview of Mike Posner-produced track shows off an edgier side of Bieber.

<P>Is it killing you that you have to wait until Monday to hear what <a href="/news/articles/1680882/justin-bieber-boyfriend-single-buzz.jhtml">"Boyfriend" sounds</a> like? Well, <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/bieber_justin/artist.jhtml">Justin Bieber</a> feels your pain and decided to release a teaser for the lead single off his <a href="/news/articles/1680373/justin-bieber-believe-album.jhtml">album, <i>Believe.</i></a> </P><P> </P><P>The 13-second, blink-and-you-might-miss-it tease is spare in terms of instruments, just bleeps and thumps, no singing or rapping. But it does play up Bieber's love for hip-hop; as it nears the end of the tease, a drum line-style beat kicks in. Come Monday, of course, the whole song will drop for Beliebers' listening pleasure. </P><P> </P><P><center><embed src="http://media.mtvnservices.com/mgid:uma:video:mtv.com:744691/cp~id%3D1680192%26vid%3D744688%26uri%3Dmgid%3Auma%3Avideo%3Amtv.com%3A744688" width="460" height="260" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowFullScreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" base="."></embed></center> </P><P> </P><P>The video teaser also includes footage of Bieber in the studio, recording "Boyfriend," which was co-written and co-produced by Mike Posner. The clip premiered on Justin's <a href="http://www.justinbiebermusic.com/boyfriend" target="_blank">website</a> late Thursday night. </P><P> </P><P>"This record is different in a very good way," said producer/writer Mason Levy, who also worked on the song. "Definitely edgier, it's more grown-up, it's more developed and it's sexier. It's just like really dope. It's gonna definitely surprise people. People aren't really expecting that. They're going to like it." </P><P> </P><P>It's clear from the teaser that <a href="/news/articles/1681595/justin-bieber-boyfriend.jhtml">Bieber is using</a> influences from urban music and that he's looking to grow up sonically. The music in the new clip also seems to pay homage to Justin Timberlake, and even Chris Brown. Bieber has confirmed that he raps on the song. </P><P> </P><P>"It's more just the verses [that he's rapping on], and the rest he's singing," Levy told MTV News. "It's dope. Taylor Swift, Rihanna Dress To Impress At Billboard Awards
Nicki Minaj, Ke$ha, Selena Gomez also make fashion splash on red carpet, as showgirl style rules at the Las Vegas event on Sunday night.

<P>On Sunday night, some of the biggest names in the music industry hit up the <a href="/news/articles/1664375/billboard-music-awards-recap-justin-bieber-selena-gomez-kiss.jhtml"><i>Billboard</i> Music Awards</a> in Las Vegas and decided that sparkles and sequins make for the perfect additions to any red carpet get-up. Well, it is Sin City after all. </P><P> </P><P><a href="/music/artist/swift__taylor/artist.jhtml">Taylor Swift</a> always seems to bring some of that Nashville sparkle to any red carpet. She arrived at the show in a pale-hued, sequined Elie Saab gown. <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/minaj__nicki/artist.jhtml">Nicki Minaj</a> showed off her signature sense of style in her baby-blue, body-hugging spandex Mark Fast catsuit. </P><P> </P><P><a href="/music/artist/gomez__selena/artist.jhtml">Selena Gomez</a> turned up the style dial in a sexy, cut-out black Dolce & Gabbana gown that she paired with red strappy sandals with sparkly bow detailing. Like Gomez, <a href="/music/artist/_kesha_/artist.jhtml">Ke$ha</a> opted for some cut-out detailing in her sparkly, slate-gray dress with tulle skirt. <a href="/music/artist/rihanna/artist.jhtml">Rihanna</a> looked white hot in her men's tailored Max Azria suit, which she kept sexy and feminine by not buttoning her shirt all the way. </P><P> </P><P>Fergie went S&M chic in her little black bandage-type dress by Hervé Léger. Nicole Kidman also wore black. She paired a casual braid hairstyle with a long black gown and Keith Urban. British pop cutie Kyle Minogue looked funky in her little black lacey dress. Inside the show, Britney Spears sat in the audience wearing a skimpy black dress of her own, her hair in loose curls, with little-to-no accessories. </P><P> </P><P>While some stars kept the color scheme low-key, Keri Hilson decided to stand out in her billowy little yellow dress paired with a turquoise-colored belt. Kelly Rowland showed off some of her best assets in a body-hugging, bright pink bandage dress. </P><P> </P><P>The fellas also looked tight on the carpet.
