High profile couple Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green were seen arriving at JFK airport in New York City on Tuesday (August 5). The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles actress, 28, carried their son Noah, 22 months, through the busy terminal.
After welcoming the couple’s second child Bodhi just 5 months ago, Megan recently talked to E! News about her postpartum workout routine. “I exercise really hard twice a week,” she shared.
She added: “I got my ass kicked this morning before I came here! I do bursts of cardio with really heavy weights. Circuit training.”
As for her diet, The Transformers star says it’s a daily no-carbs menu.
“I cut out all bread and those sort of carbohydrates. No crackers, no pretzels, no chips. Nothing unhealthy,” she said. “The worst thing I put in my body is coffee, once a day.”
“I don’t have any cheat days,” she added. “But if I did, it would be pizza or cake.”
