KATE MIDDLETON, PRINCE WILLIAM & PRINCE HARRY Royal Send-Off & Greeting For Tour De France In England

The 2014 Tour de France has begun! This year it kicked off in England. The British gave the racers a royal send-off and welcome when they finished the first day with Kate Middleton (aka Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge), Prince William and Prince Harry. The royals were there for the kickoff in Leeds as well as the finish (for the day) in Yorkshire. RELATED: Kate Middleton assists baby Prince George with his first “royal walkabout.”

Kate, William and Harry all seem to be sports enthusiasts, so this was probably a fun day for them! The race will go on for the next three weeks, ending in Paris (of course) on July 27. Kate resorted to a fashion favorite of a chic coat for the event, while the princes kept things a little more casual, topping their jeans with blazers. I guess this sporting event isn’t as casual as some of the others. It’s not as formal as tennis and horse racing, though.
