Colin Hanks Welcomes Second Child: Charlotte

Congratulations are in order for Colin Hanks and Samantha Bryant.

The Dexter star, 35, and his wife have welcomed their second child — another daughter. “Ms. Charlotte Bryant Hanks has decided to join us,” Colin announces to PEOPLE. “She’s as happy and healthy as we are overjoyed and tired.”

The couple welcomed their first daughter Olivia on February 1, 2011, nearly nine months to the day after tying the knot in a star-studded West Hollywood ceremony.

Famous guests included the groom’s father and stepmother, Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson.
